About the Course
Private lessons offer fully personalised, one-to-one support for students at any stage of their creative journey. Whether preparing for GCSE or A-Level, building a specialised portfolio, developing advanced techniques, or simply seeking deeper guidance, private sessions are tailored to individual needs, learning styles, and artistic goals.
These sessions can be used as a primary form of learning or as a way to complement group courses such as Creative Mastery year 1 or year 2, Pre-GCSE, Arts Award, or Independent Study. They are particularly helpful for students who need extra support, want to focus on specific areas of interest, or are navigating transitions between different stages of creative development.
Working in a quiet, professional artist’s studio with high-quality materials, students benefit from focused mentoring, gentle encouragement, and clear, constructive feedback. Lessons are rooted in project-based learning, creative exploration, and technical refinement — always centred around the student’s personal direction and voice. Flexible scheduling is available to suit individual timetables. Trial sessions can be arranged to help determine if this format is the right fit.
